  • Pick one and go through the learning program.
  • The Talk and meditation should take on average 20 to 30 minutes.
  • You then immediately go to suggested action steps and begin to take action to control your emotions and consider a new response.
  • Consider practicing the module for a week. Practice the meditations in the morning. Practice the action steps during the day.
  • Do a reflection exercise as part of your evening sleep routine.
  • Print and use your infographic sheet as a refresher during the flow of work.
  • At the end of the reflection, there is an invitation to continue the practice. Repetition and practice are key to creating new neural pathways. How long, and how many repetitions are unique to each person.
